TIBETAN MEDITATION AND YOGA

         Meditation plays a most important part in daily life and is a powerful tool to help maintain health. Meditation is an action of clear perception, an observation with total awareness and without any conclusion, judgment or criticism.

         Meditation demands that you be utterly one with the moment. In this oneness, there is radical change in one's psyche. In this moment-to-moment awareness, there is a cleansing of the body, mind and consciousness. This cleansing will bring one to that state of peace which is joy, bliss and enlightenment. At that point, life becomes a movement of spontaneous meditation.

 

Meditation Classes

 

The Tibetan Healing Center is pleased to partner with Lama Lhanang of the Jigme Lingpa Center to bring two, weekly meditation classes. Everyone is welcome!

 

Who: Ivan and Marisol under the supervision of Lama Lhanang

 

What: Basic meditation technique classes

 

Where: Tibetan Healing Center (4405 Manchester Ave. Suite 201, Encinitas, CA 92024)

 

When: Every Wednesday from 6:00-7:30PM (instruction provided); every Thursday from 6:00-7:00PM (silent meditation)

 

Why: To begin or deepen your meditation practice. Meditation is a great way to increase well-being and good health. It helps to relax the body, mind and spirit and release stress.

 

This is a donation-based class, there is no set fee.
